The Sabbath House is a retreat
house secluded in the Great Smoky Mountains of western
North Carolina. We offer the opportunity for guests to
rediscover the natural rhythm of life - to escape the
hectic pace of their everyday lives and come away to a
quiet place to rest.
We believe that the Sabbath
principal is the foundation of spiritual, emotional, and
physical health. Those who have the opportunity to
refresh body, mind, and soul are able to be more
effective in their personal, family, and vocational
lives.
