20:8 - The wisdom of Sabbath-keeping is in the fourth
commandment given to Moses. Jesus continued this
practice by inviting his followers to "Come away to a
quiet place all by yourselves and rest for a while."

The mission
of The Sabbath House is to provide a place where people
may experience Sabbath.
The
principle of the Sabbath has always been important, but
in our contemporary culture characterized by high stress
and over-commitment, it is essential that we recover the
wisdom of this practice.
